Discord Login
Qoral uses Discord authentication to identify customer accounts. Discord may show you the permissions being requested before you authorize access.
Qoral does not receive your Discord password.
Device Licensing
Paid Qoral Utility licenses may use a device fingerprint to enforce the one-PC license rule.
Our planned system is designed to store a derived or hashed device identifier rather than raw hardware serial numbers whenever practical.
How Information Is Used
Payments
Payment processing will be handled through a third-party payment provider. Qoral should not directly store full card numbers or card security codes.
Data Sharing
Qoral does not sell customer personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Qoral, such as authentication, database, hosting and payment providers.
Data Security
Qoral uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect customer information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Private credentials such as database secrets, bot tokens and server-side keys are not intentionally exposed to the Qoral Utility client.
Data Retention
Account, order and license records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations.
Your Choices
You may contact Qoral Support regarding questions about your account information. Some records may need to be retained where required for payment, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Qoral may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.
