Qoral Ultimate
If you purchase Qoral Ultimate and the optimization session has not started, you may contact Qoral Support to request cancellation.
Once significant work on the optimization session has begun or the service has been substantially delivered, refunds may be limited except where required by applicable law.
PC Checkup
PC Checkup cancellation requests should be made before the checkup service begins.
After the checkup has been substantially completed, the service is generally considered delivered except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Qoral Utility
Refund eligibility for paid Utility plans may depend on whether the license has been activated, downloaded, used or materially consumed.
If a technical issue prevents the paid Utility from functioning as advertised, contact support so Qoral can attempt to resolve the issue.
Free Qoral Core
Qoral Core is free and therefore has no purchase amount to refund.
Device Changes
Using the included device change does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
Legitimate hardware failures can be reviewed by Qoral Support on a case-by-case basis.
Fraud and Abuse
Accounts involved in fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment methods, license abuse or deliberate circumvention may lose access to Qoral services.
Chargebacks
If you have a legitimate billing or service issue, contact Qoral Support before opening a payment dispute when possible.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of associated Qoral accounts and licenses.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes refund or cancellation rights that you are legally entitled to under applicable consumer protection laws.
Requesting Help
Refund and billing requests should be submitted through Qoral Support with the account and order information needed to locate the purchase.
