Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing Qoral Tweaks, creating an account, purchasing a service, or using Qoral Utility, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use Qoral products or services.

Qoral Accounts

Qoral accounts may use Discord authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account.

You may not sell, share, transfer, or misuse a Qoral account to avoid licensing restrictions.

Qoral may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or attempts to bypass licensing.

Optimization Services

Performance results vary by hardware, operating system, drivers, games, background software and existing system configuration.

Qoral Tweaks does not guarantee a specific FPS increase, latency reduction, benchmark score or competitive result.

Customers should back up important personal files before system optimization.

Customers must provide accurate information about their PC.

Qoral may refuse changes considered unsafe or inappropriate for a customer's system.

Qoral Utility Licensing

Paid Qoral Utility licenses are tied to the purchasing Qoral account and may also be tied to an activated device.

One paid license may have one active PC at a time unless the purchased plan states otherwise.

Eligible paid licenses include one self-service PC change.

Once the self-service device change has been used, additional changes may require Qoral Support approval.

License sharing, resale, account sharing, cracking, bypassing device restrictions, or attempting to defeat license verification is prohibited.

Software Use

Qoral Utility is licensed, not sold.

You may use the software only for lawful personal use unless another license is provided.

You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer for circumvention purposes, or provide unauthorized copies of paid Qoral software.

Features may change as the software is updated.

Payments

Prices are displayed before checkout. Taxes, payment processing requirements or regional charges may apply where required.

Access to paid products may be granted only after payment is successfully confirmed.

Prohibited Use

Using Qoral services for cheating, anti-cheat bypassing, malware, credential theft or unauthorized access is prohibited.

Attempting to exploit the website, payment system, API, licensing system or other Qoral infrastructure is prohibited.

Fraudulent payments and abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Service Availability

Qoral may update, modify or temporarily discontinue parts of the website, utility or services for maintenance, security or development.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qoral Tweaks is not responsible for indirect damages, lost game progress, lost profits or issues caused by unsupported third-party changes.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
